Replace or refundIf a lead is bad, you do not pay for it
Any lead in a paid batch found to have a working website, be permanently closed, or sit outside its stated metro is replaced or refunded. Tell us which lead and what you found, and we replace it from the next pull or refund its share of the batch price. That covers the three ways a lead can be wrong: it already has a working website, the business is permanently closed, or it is not actually in the metro we sold it under. It does not cover leads that simply did not buy from you; the leads are the product, not your close rate.
