leadsonce.com ("the site") sells batches of verified local business leads, run by Dylan (@dylan_builds). By buying a batch you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
A batch is a fixed list of local businesses: name, category, location, public contact points and our verification notes. It is public business information that we collected, scored and checked by hand. Listed batches are delivered instantly: the moment payment clears you get the CSV by email and a download link on the confirmation page. Custom pulls are collected on demand and take 1 to 3 business days.
Sold once
Each batch is sold exactly once. When your payment clears, the batch is marked sold on the site and its leads are retired in our pipeline, permanently. We will not sell those leads again, to you or to anyone else. Sold batches remain listed with their sale date as a public record.
No consent to contact is included
The businesses in a batch have not agreed to be contacted. You are responsible for complying with the outreach and anti-spam laws that apply in your market and theirs, including CAN-SPAM in the US, the Spam Act 2003 in Australia, and CASL in Canada. If you are not sure your outreach is legal, get advice before sending it. We sell the data; the outreach is yours.
The guarantee and refunds
Any lead in a paid batch found to have a working website, be permanently closed, or sit outside its stated metro is replaced or refunded. Tell us which lead and what you found, and we replace it from the next pull or refund its share of the batch price. Refunds are handled under the Australian Consumer Law. We do not refund because your outreach did not convert; the leads are the product, not the sale you make from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Accuracy
We verify each lead by hand at collection time. Businesses close, launch websites and change numbers, so a batch reflects the moment we checked it, not a live feed. We state the collection window in the delivery email.
The example page
The example page shows the delivery format using invented rows. They are illustrative, not real businesses, and not a promise about any specific market's yield.
Age
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and to use Stripe.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it.
